It started off rocky with a couple mix ups on our reservation but the staff was great and made it all worthwhile. The boat to the sandbar was really fun. The parking situation needs to be worked on. Walking up and down stairs was really exhausting. All in all we’d stay again.

The interior decor of the property itself is outdated. Very basic old fashioned television in the room. Housekeeping every 2-3 days. The fees are ridiculous, booking through Expedia will not be the only fees that you have. The parking fee per night is $40 without tax, and they charge an additional $37 for guest amenity fee per night in addition to occupancy tax, sales tax, and Oahu transient tax nightly. They also rent beach towels, for an additional charge. However, the Waikīkī area in general is expensive. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and shopping center.
